We ensure the quality of the field interviewers by recruiting personnel with at least a bachelor’s degree and with more than 2 years of experience. Many projects specifically require female field personnel for successful implementation of the assignment and we have an adequate number in our pool of field personnel. For example, we recently conducted a survey for SAJIDA Foundation on Health Baseline survey within a very tight deadline which required a team of female interviewers.
